Dear Friends and Comrades:
This week Ali Hassan (Muslims Against Hunger) and volunteer Walid arrived at Hudson County’s Journal Square in Jersey City, New Jersey with 50 lunches and a huge bag of bread. The lunches were all distributed within 20 minutes and the bread was dropped off at St. Lucy’s Shelter.
Our homeless friends were sitting at Journal Square when we arrived and greeted us with blessings and thanks for the food they received. As always, we were just happy to do GOD’s work.
Thanks and blessings go to the members of the Sai Baba Center in East Brunswick for their continued donations to our homeless in Jersey City and to Muslims Against Hunger for the delivery of the food.
Things went really fast so there are only two photos which you will find below.
