Founder of Bahrain Center for Human Rights
Nabeel Rajab is a prominent activist in Bahrain who has been severely persecuted for his speaking out about the tyranny taking place in his country by a regime that oppresses its people for its own monopoly on power and the benefit of Western nations (principally the USA). He has been arrested several times and has recently been sentenced to a term of three years in prison for “participation in an illegal assembly” and “calling for a march without prior notification.”
Advocates for Peace and Social Justice supports and stands in solidarity with Nabeel Rajab. He is a brave man and a committed activist.
