Thanks to the generous food donation of Muslims Against Hunger I was able to deliver Thanksgiving meals to our homeless friends at Journal Square in Jersey City.
They donated 18 complete Thanksgiving Day meals plus a tray of Pumpkin pie and over 50 fresh rolls. Advocates for Peace and Social Justice donated a case of water and 10 pounds of oranges. The meal consisted of baked turkey, string beans, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. Our friends loved the meals and sent many thanks to Muslims Against Hunger.
I am most grateful to Muslims Against Hunger for their food donations to Advocates for Peace and Social Justice to distribute to the homeless and needy in Jersey City. It is always a great joy to see our homeless and needy friends enjoy a fresh home made meal.
Blessings to Muslims Against Hunger !
After the meals were distributed Advocates for Peace and Justice members held a a loud and passionate protest against “israeli” crimes in Palestine.
