MUSLIMS AGAINST HUNGER
Miftaahul Uloom Academy, Union City, New Jersey
As is the usual practice, on the last Sunday of every month, Muslims Against Hunger volunteers gather to cook and serve hot meals to the poor and homeless. The meal was made with much love and care. I enjoy being part of the crew in this labor of love for our fellow humans who are not fortunate enough to have provisions of their own.
Today we served about 60 meals on site and the leftovers were donated by Muslims Against Hunger to Advocates for Peace and Social Justice to distribute to the homeless at Journal Square in Jersey City, NJ.
Advocates for Peace and Social Justice sends blessings to its friend, Muslims Against Hunger, and thanks them for their generosity.
