12 persons arrested during ‘Occupy’ protests at U.S. Supreme Court – 8/1/12

On January 20, 2012 Occupy Wall Street occupiers demonstrated in front of the Supreme Court Building in Washington, DC. They were singing Motown songs from The Supremes on the steps of the Courthouse. It was a non-violent exercise of the People’s First Amendment Right to assemble and protest grievances until the Police made their provocative assault on the protesters.

To this day the Defendants in this act of Civil Rights abuse are having to appear in Court to answer to the charges brought against them.  It is shameful that the Supreme Court of the United States (who should be the guardian of the Constitutional Rights) has become a fascist entity that deprives We the People of those rights.  Allowing the Police to provoke and arrest peaceful demonstrators is indeed an ugly stain in American history.

SHAME ON THE FASCIST SUPREME COURT !!!
POWER TO THE PEOPLE !!!
